Santa Claus came early to The Boys & Girls Club of Naperville kids.
As the Car Max team of 10 was walking down the hallway of the Club, kids burst out in loud screams as the team was loaded down with Christmas presents for all the children. Kids readily opened up their gifts as their names were called by one of the Car Max Team members. They were eager and excited with the gifts received. After opening gifts, everyone ate their dinner and later went to the gym for an open game of basketball, fish and minos.
After the gym activities, everyone returned to the classrooms to do arts and crafts and games. Fun was had by all.
On behalf of the Boys & Girls Club of Naperville, the kids and Board sincerely thank Car Max for their continued support.
We took 20 kids from the Boys & Girls Summer Camp to the Naperville Police Department where we donated 5 dozens of assorted donuts, bagels, cream cheese and a bag of apples.
With every thing happening in the world today, we wanted them to know we appreciate their service and protection to all especially Naperville residents.
Baxter International Foundation Board of Directors, member Charles Cush selected the Boys & Girls Club of Naperville to be the recipient of a $1500 donation.
This is the second donation received from the Foundation Board of Directors.

The Boys & Girls Club of Naperville’s Power Hour (after school program) concentrates on extra individual and group tutoring sessions conducted by certified and dedicated teachers. Emphasis is placed on reading, mathematics and life value skills. The program is positively impacting the academic performance of participants. We are hearing how well they are doing and progressing from their school instructors who are recommending more students for our program; consequently, more kids are joining Power Hour and registering for our 2015 summer program.
We are requesting corporate and individual support so the program can grow and be sustained, which can be provided via participation as a sponsor, golfer or donor in our 6th Annual Golf Scramble Tournament at Cress Creek Country Club on Monday June 15, 2015. Please visit our home page (bgcna.org) for more details. Click on the flyer to download and/ or click on the golf ball icon to register as a sponsor, donor and/or golfer.
